Studio Policies

To cancel or reschedule before 24 hours please do so through Gloss Genius. If it has been less than 24 hours please text (508) 816-3492

Cancelation / Rescheduling
Beauty Hour Studio requires 24 hour notice cancellation to avoid any fees. Failure to do so will result in 50% charge of your service. This also includes any changes/downgrades of services. You have the freedom to cancel, move, and edit your appointment through gloss genius outside of the 24 hour period.
No shows
No call/no shows are not tolerated at Beauty Hour Studio. This will result in 50% charge of the service you scheduled. Your ability to book at Beauty Hour Studio also may be revoked.
Late arrival
Beauty Hour Studio gives you 7 minutes past your appointment time to get to the studio. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time. In the event your appointment needs to rescheduled to a different day, 50% of your service will be charged. If you are booked for several services and we cannot complete them all, you will still be charged 50% of those services.
Product / service refunds
Returns allowed within 15 days of purchase. Must be unopened for full refund. Used/open products are eligible to be refunded for partial studio credit. *please note not all products are eligible for a refund*
Children
Children are always welcome here at Beauty Hour Studio. Please communicate with us that you need to bring your children before doing so. We are not responsible for the safety of your children so please make sure they are able to sit and relax during your appointment time. In the event that they cannot, your service will end. You will be asked to leave, reschedule for another day and you still be charged 50% of your service.
Allergies
If you have any allergies please notify us before your appointment. If you experience an allergic reaction after a service, please notify Beauty Hour Studio immediately for assistance.
Gift cards
Non-refundable. May be transferable.
